A package which is simple, dignified and affordable.

This package is for a burial where a graveside service takes place. The hearse will meet you directly at your chosen cemetery.

We work with you and your family to arrange a suitable date and time for the funeral. Our chapel of rest is available for you to be able to spend time with your loved one during office hours.

On the day of the funeral we will meet you and mourners at your chosen cemetery with your loved one in a traditional hearse. A graveside service is carried out with a religious minister of non-religious celebrant / humanist. We can arrange music to be played at graveside.

This type of ceremony is where families want a simple funeral option but do not want to attend a place of worship prior to the burial.

 

Our Simple Burial Package includes:

• Funeral Directors Professional services

• Bringing deceased into our care

• Mutual agreement on the date and time of the funeral

• Meeting the hearse at your chosen cemetery

• Care of deceased and use of our private chapel

• Dressing in own clothes or gown

• Minister / celebrant fees

• Chapel visits accommodated in office hours

• £300 towards your choice of coffin fully lined and fitted

• Traditional hearse and personnel on the day of funeral

• Arrangements with cemetery of your choice

 

*existing graves may require the headstone to be removed at an additional cost

You will be given a written quotation detailing all aspects of the funeral including the cost of burial at your chosen location.

An advance payment of 50% is requested as a deposit on this funeral, unless we receive confirmation from bank or solicitor that the account will be paid by them.
