​Our Oak funeral package is a more traditional and comprehensive package which includes a hearse and two limousines (up to six mourners in each vehicle), the cortege can leave from a chosen address to go to church service or to the crematorium. We can also offer a flexible route to the location of the funeral (e.g a special route past a meaningful location). A full service is provided with a religious minister or funeral celebrant / humanist.

We will bring your loved one into our care, whether this is from home, a nursing home or hospital and arrange all the necessary paperwork to be completed. We will care for your loved one in a respectful, dignified manner and place them in a coffin of your choice. Your loved one can be dressed in their own clothes or gown. Chapel visits may take place within the funeral home during office hours or out of hours* if pre-arranged.

We will provide a an arrangement of flowers or contribute £125 towards arrangements of your choice.

Once the cremation has taken place we will return the ashes to the family or arrange to have them scattered in the Garden of Remembrance at the crematorium. Funeral director will also attend  burial of ashes at no extra cost if you decide to inter them.

 

*Out of hours visits can be arranged by appointment on weekdays between 4:30pm and 7:30pm, at weekends / bank holidays between 10am and 7pm.

• Arrangements with crematorium of your choice (Dukinfield, Hollinwood, Stockport, Blackley or Manchester)

• Associated Cremation fees

• Collection of ashes from crematorium if required, or they can be scattered at the crematorium unwitnessed or witnessed with funeral director present

 

**Embalming can be included at an additional cost (£110)

An advance payment of 50% is requested as a deposit on this funeral, unless we receive confirmation from bank or solicitor that the account will be paid by them.
